Baani Center Point is a high-street commercial development by Baani Group on the 150-metre-wide NH-8 corridor in Sector 80, Gurugram, close to the Manesar toll plaza. The project is planned as a mixed retail destination with ground/first-floor shops, upper-floor office space, a food court and a multiplex, built in a Spanish-style facade of concrete, stone and glass. Multiple portals list it as ready to move, though the ground-floor shops are reported sold out and current operational status of the food court/multiplex components could not be independently confirmed.
